By downloading or using the Benzini mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide real-time data, Benzini does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of fuel prices or community-reported radar locations. Users are advised to verify final prices at gas stations. Radar reports are provided for awareness only; we are not responsible for any traffic fines or legal consequences (ISF/Mecanique) resulting from your use of the app.

2. Marketplace Rules

Users must adhere to strict listing rules when using our Auto Marketplace:

• Real Photos Only: Use of stock or internet photos is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Pricing: "Fake" prices (e.g. $1 or $0) to bait buyers are not allowed.
• No Duplicates: One ad per vehicle. Do not post the same car multiple times.
• Zero Tolerance for Scams: Any fraudulent behavior will lead to a permanent ban of your account.

3. Community Reporting

To maintain data integrity, users must be in motion (min 5 km/h) to submit a radar report. Deliberately submitting false reports or "fake" votes will result in account suspension.

4. Termination & Banning

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service (specifically the ability to post ads or reports) immediately and without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Benzini Lebanon and its developers shall not be held liable for any financial losses, accidents, traffic fines, or vehicle damage resulting from the use of this app. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
